The market is where rooms gain new capability. Three classes of thing are sold:
agentic upgrade
A specific authored upgrade for the room helper. Extended memory. New tool permission. Different conversational style. You see exactly what changes before you commit.
subscription
Recurring access to a class of helpers, models, or rooms. Cancellation is one click; the rooms you authored stay yours.
SaaS unit
A complete agent built by us, ready to drop into your room. Each one is named, scoped, and shipped with a manifest of what it can and cannot do.
the rule
Every purchase shows the manifest first. The list of what changes. What new authority the room helper will have. What you authorize. What is binding. The price.
The commit button names the action mechanically: author this upgrade to my agent. There is no recommendation block at the commit gate. Nothing tries to talk you into it. You say yes, or you leave.
v1 status
The market substrate is specified in Polycosm v1.0 §8.3. SKUs go on sale once the apparatus passes F1 through F8 in the public test record. Until then, this page is a promise, not a product.
